Dino Melaye Boycotts Kogi Poll, Refuses To Vote

In a surprising turn of events, Senator Dino Melaye, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the Kogi state governorship poll, has chosen to boycott the ongoing exercise across the21 local government areas.
