Where Is Femi Fani-Kayode?: APC Social Media Advocates Cried Out

By Mohammed Bello Doka

Amidst the crossfire of social media battles between the opposition's Labour Party and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) supporters, the All Progressive Congress (APC) social media advocates find themselves in a quandary. Feeling overwhelmed and in need of a powerful voice, they cry out for one name in particular—former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani Kayode.
The calls for Fani Kayode arise amidst allegations of forgery surrounding the certificate of Chicago State University presented to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. While a court and the Chicago State University have both confirmed the authenticity of the certificate, the opposition's barrage of fake news and false allegations on social media have cast doubt in the minds of many.
The government's efforts to counter this narrative have been deemed insufficient by pro-APC social media users, leading them to turn to Femi Fani Kayode for assistance. Some even expressed their frustrations, blaming the President for not appointing Fani Kayode as the Minister of Information. Mohamed A.A Hameed wrote on Facebook, "The only man that can save him now is Chief Femi Fani Kayode." Another user, Musa Salihu Quadri, criticized the government for lacking a Minister of Information and argued that Fani Kayode would be the ideal candidate.
Screenshots of social media users' calls for Fani Kayode's intervention circulate, reflecting the increasing desperation among the APC social media advocates.

As the battle in the digital realm rages on, the absence of Femi Fani Kayode leaves these fervent APC supporters yearning for his influence and eloquence. Whether he will answer their pleas and step into the spotlight is yet to be seen.

Below are more screenshots of some select social media users calling for Chief Femi Fani Kayode to come to their rescue.
