Strike: Salihu Yakasai Commends Government and Labour Unions, Calls for Optimism

In a recent development, Hon. Salihu Tanko Yakasai, also known as Dawisu, the current director of ICT to the APC National Chairman and former Kano State Governorship Candidate, has expressed his appreciation for the collaborative efforts made by the government and the labour unions in preventing a proposed strike that could have had detrimental effects on the masses they both strive to protect.

In a statement released to Abuja Network News, the APC Chieftain emphasized the significance of this joint effort, highlighting the willingness of both parties to reach a comprehensive agreement for the betterment of Nigeria and its citizens.

Mr. Yakasai further urged the labour unions to place their trust in the Renewed Hope Administration of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, assuring them that the President is fully committed to addressing their concerns and ensuring the welfare of the Nigerian people.

The former governorship candidate commended the government for its proactive approach in engaging with the labour unions and finding common ground to avert the strike.
