The Federal High Court in Abuja, in a landmark case numbered FHC/ABJ/CS/303/2021, ruled that possessing an NYSC Certificate is not mandatory for occupying the ministerial position. Astonishingly, this ruling has not been appealed by the former Attorney General, indicating its current validity. Thus, according to the law, Hannatu Musawa is well within her rights to hold the esteemed position of Minister of Culture without an NYSC certificate.
This recent attempt to frustrate and blackmail Minister Musawa only serves to underscore the desperation of those involved. It is clear that they have been unable to find any substantial evidence against her competence, capacity, or credibility.
