During the media parley, Governor Sani expressed his commitment to fulfilling his campaign promises to the people of Kaduna. He stated that his administration aims to run a people-centered and all-inclusive government that leaves no one or any part of Kaduna State behind.

Recognizing the public outcry over the current fees charged by tertiary institutions in the state and its impact on school enrollment and retention, Governor Sani directed the Heads of Tertiary Institutions in collaboration with the Ministry of Education to gather information on the existing fees in state-owned tertiary institutions.

This downward review of fees aligns with the government's commitment to providing relief to the people amidst the rising cost of living, particularly after the recent removal of petroleum subsidies in Nigeria.

The welfare of the people remains the top priority for this administration. The Kaduna State Government will continue to take necessary measures to ensure access to free and quality education for every child, from primary to secondary school. The government also aims to expand access to higher education, improve teachers' welfare and teaching standards, enhance school infrastructure, promote ICT competence among students from basic education level, and increase investments in education.
