In a major breakthrough, the All Progressive Congress (APC) has successfully resolved the impasse surrounding the National Working Committee (NWC) list in Kogi state. The party's National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, played a crucial role in bringing key stakeholders together to reach a consensus.

After an extensive meeting, it was agreed that Kogi state governor, Yahaya Bello, would nominate a candidate for the position of Zonal Organizing Secretary (North Central). This decision comes as a replacement for the previously nominated candidate, Hon. Ikani Shuaibu Okolo.

The fresh nomination reflects the commitment of the party in ensuring fair representation and inclusivity within its ranks. It also serves as a testament to the party's determination to promote unity and cooperation among its members.

Additionally, the nomination of Hon. Duro Meseko, who had earlier been nominated for the position of Deputy National Publicity Secretary by James Faleke, remains intact. Meseko is set to be sworn in today (Friday), marking a significant milestone in his political career.

The resolution of the impasse is expected to strengthen the party's cohesion and provide a solid foundation for effective governance and internal operations. With a renewed focus on unity and collaboration, the APC aims to foster a harmonious environment conducive to achieving its goals and serving the nation effectively.

Ganduje's role in resolving the NWC impasse demonstrates his leadership abilities, diplomatic skills, and commitment to upholding the party's core values. His efforts have been widely appreciated by party members, who acknowledge his dedication to maintaining the APC's integrity and advancing its interests.

As the party moves forward with the newly resolved NWC list, it is poised to overcome challenges, build trust, and work towards achieving its vision for a better Nigeria. The dedication of all stakeholders involved in this process signifies a united front and a shared commitment to the progress and success of the APC.

With the impasse now behind them, the APC can forge ahead with renewed vigor and determination, ready to face the future with confidence. This resolution represents not only a victory for the party but also a step towards improving democratic processes within Nigeria's political landscape.
