The President and Commander in Chief of the Nigeria's armed forces, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is back in the country after a successful outing in Paris and London.
Last Tuesday, Mr. Tinubu left for Paris, his first official outing since his election in February as the President of Nigeria to attend the global financing summit hosted by President Emmanuel Macron of France.
The summit is attended by prominent world leaders, African leaders and heads of business, among other stakeholders around the globe.
A few days ago Mr. Tinubu was quoted as thus “In Paris, today, where I am attending the two-day Global Financing Summit.
“I had fruitful engagements with Professor Benedict Oramah, the President of AFREXIM Bank; Odile Renaud-Basso, the President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and development; and Sri Prakash Lohia, the Chairman of Indorama, the world’s largest independent polymer producer.” Mr. Tinubu added.
As his first official visit, the outing is general judged as successful and a step towards renewing Nigeria's greatness in the committee of nation.
